All I'm saying is it could've been worse and atleast Panini did replace the missing hit..I like Panini but I didnt buy a box of their product last season because the terrible resell value. i'm not looking to profit, I just want a chance for a valueable card at a reasonable box price..

Hey just think of it this way....I had a missing Auto hit from Threads and they Replaced it with a Game Used....Now if that ain't a kick in the Jewels then i don't know what is, You at least got an auto for a missing auto even if it wasn't of the best players....
Collecting All Current Las Vegas Raiders, Carmelo Anthony, Ken Griffey Jr, Bo Jackson, Frank Thomas.
plus many more, Also any Legend or HOF raider players as well.
Just getting back into the Hobby so not much tradebait but have some stuff just let me know what your looking for and i will see what i have, No trade List Available yet but i am working on one.

It doesn't give you zero chance to get decent auto. The replacement possible draws from a random selection of cards in front of them. Panini did the drawing for you, but your luck is a bad auto. That's all.
Just because you are not the person who physically opens the pack, it doesn't mean it becomes a zero chance of getting a decent auto. Your chance and your luck started when Panini received your "missing-hit" request. However, your luck failed.

Panini is a joke...I am ashamed they are moving into the Hockey Realm...they pretty much destroyed basketball.

I opened some Crown Royale a while back and didn't get shorted, but I did get a Douglas auto w/o even the hope that I could get something better.......if that helps.
Seriously though this hobby is too fun for the negative stuff. We all know it's a gamble. We all know you can get more by not breaking boxes. There's nothing new as it's the same with 99% of the product out there. Why don't companies not just sell the hits then? There is something about busting boxes and well (K. Blow voice) those....are....the breaks. I mean UD has screwed plenty people with redemptions and replacements. UD even screws the people they do business with. People still run up behind them like a homeless puppy. And honestly, I don't think if they sent any of us the best replacement, we would run back and buy out the store. That's got to be the most common consumer threat.Last edited by cgb_orl; 09-21-2010 at 10:14 AM.

I think it's wrong of people on here to say that he should've bought singles. That ship sailed when he forked over the money for the box. Shouldve wouldve and could've's are all out the window. Sorry to hear about you getting screwed over bro. I'd take that auto, write something really negative all over it. Then send it back to those foreigners with a note that says "This card meant nothing to me. Thanks for the replacement but you can keep it". (my $.02)
