I dropped Panini a line this morning asking if they'll get a deal with Josh for some autos and/or a jersey for some memorabilia. Worst thing that'll happen is nothing...

Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

I hear that. Josh has had one autograph as a Canadiens player (two if the count the will-not-be-produced 07-08 SIGnificance) and zero memorabilia since 06-07.

Yet somehow they're still churning out stuff of Kyle Chipchura and Justin Pogge.

    Where's the justice?

lol, to be fare Pogge hasn't had a card since the early 09-10 releases.

Edit:his last card was his sig sensations in UD2 so I guess it hasn't been to long.

Heh no offence to our resident Pogge collector - hopefully he'll get a chance in Carolina to get his career back on track.

Personally, I only pick up autos from Roy, Brodeur and lately Subban and to be honest, as I am not in this thing for the money and I will never sell them, I do not really mind about the devaluation. For me, it's not about how much it's worth it's about how nice it looks in my collection. Oh dear does that make me like a total girl? Guess it's OK since i'm one LOL

i guarantee the collectors in 100 years won't be complaining about today's current "flood of autos". they'll be glad to get their hands on any HOFer's autos when everyone has since passed on. and by that time, today's cards will be vintage too. imagine what a star player's first and only Ultimate Rookie Shield will go for then.

They should get rid of sticker autos.... they really devalue the auto. There would be many less autos in circulation as well if they were all hard signed.
