Good, reliable websites to buy base/singles?

    Cannot seem to find many.

www.canadianhockeycards.com is one that I've used recently and thoroughly recommend.

    Anyone have any more?

I've always had good success on Beckett's Marketplace. Lots of dealers with great inventories. You just need to whatch what you're doing, and buy as many singles from a single dealer as possible.... otherwise the shipping starts to add up.

I know what you mean. I am only going to purchase them from one seller due to that reason.

Sportslot.com is a great site to pick up your base wants. Only problem is that they only deliver to the US so I usually have to wait until the summer when I'm back in the US to get cards. Otherwise their sellers are reliable and their website is easy to use.

It drives me nuts sometimes, but I actually have some of my best luck sifting through boxes at flea markets when I want a deal on commons/base rather than on the internet.

Plus I sometimes get bonuses like the Scott Niedermayer 09/10 UD High Gloss #1/10 for $1.

If you have to go internet though? I haven't done a lot of searching, but the Beckett marketplace certainly has the inventory, and a majority of the people I've dealt with understand that book value of commons does not translate to cash value.

Ah, am from the UK. That throws a spanner into the works, lol.

Will try Beckett Marketplace. Have dealt with someone on there before and was smooth etc.
