Fleer Ultra vs Hot Prospect (07-08) Hobby Box?

What do you think? Which one is better in your opinion? Thank you.

I would go with Hot Prospects. You have a greater chance at a big hit and the player checklist is much better. You get half the hits in HP but your 2 autos will almost always be better than the entire box of Ultra.

    Thank you.

Well, here are my other questions.

    1. My local card shop has one box of Fleer Ultra(5 packs) and the shop sell individual pack for $20 each (I know I can get it cheaper online but I wanna try those packs). I already bought 2 packs from that box and I got Steve Nash's memorabilia (Court Master) and MJ's memorabilia (Season Crown).

Therefore, there are 3 packs left and one of them will have an auto. Is there a chance that in those 3 packs left there will be some major hits? Since I got MJ and Nash from that box, are the other 3 packs likely to be bad?

(OK, your suggestion mat be just buying a whole new box online instead. For Hot Prospect and Ultra, I think plus shipping it will cost around $60-70)

    2. Thinking about buying a few more boxes too. What do you think about Crwon Royale or other boxes (besides Hot Prospect) in the same price range?

MJ GU is about the best you're going to do in Ultra. There are MJ and Kobe autos but they are extremely SP'd.$20 a pack is way too much for this product. If your local guy would let the box go for $60 or less, I would do it.Otherwise, you should be able to grab a box online for less than $40.Last I checked, blowoutcards had them at $35 and sometimes you can get them cheaper than that on ebay.

I'm not an expert on Crown Royale but cards I've seen look great. The Majestic Signatures are one of the nicest auto sets you'll ever see.I'd give it a shot

Again, thank you for your advice. Too bad that I can't find Ultra or Hot Prospect hobby below $60-70 (included shipping) online right now so maybe just have to wait for the right time.

For Hot Prospects, between 07-08 and 08-09, which one you prefer?

If some guys want to recommend me more choices, I would be very appreciate. Thank you in advance.

Hot prospects is definitely the way to go...got the chance for some big time Durant hits. It has the best potential ROI than pretty much anything else on the market right now!

I would stay away from crown royale......imo you don't get much value for what you pay and the the gu cards cards are just awful for the most part

HHP is better as the people above have stated. I think the product to get right now is Panini's Season Update I think it's around the 60$ range as well for a box, and people seem to have fun breaking it.
