    Hope Nobody Had Josh Harding in Their Pools

    St. Paul, MN (Sports Network) - The Minnesota Wild announced Saturday that backup goaltender Josh Harding will need surgery to repair a torn ACL and MCL and is likely to miss the 2010-11 season.
    Harding, 26, was injured in a collision midway through the first period of Friday's preseason game with St. Louis Blues forward Brad Boyes, who was checked into Harding by Wild defenseman Greg Zanon.

    Now that's some horrible luck. He had just recuperated from a torn hip labrum that he played through all of last year with - guess it's Niklas Backstrom or bust for the Wild this year.
