    Does this Exist...?

    Happy Sunday to all you...

I was cleaning out my room today and came accross my old boxes of stuff that i opened. One of them caught my eye..

I saw the card pictured and dont remember seeing it in my list. I see that Nash has a regular Auto/Jersey from that year that I have seen on Ebay, but never seen a Gretzky/Nash Jersey Auto.

So i wonder if this card was produced? Or if anybody has any info?

It is on the Upper Deck website - according to their set page:

    2004 GJA-WG/RN Rick Nash 10 Blue Jackets
    2004GJA-WG/RN Wayne Gretzky_1 10 Kings

So it does exist, but there are only ten copies.

I haven't seen one yet, but cards from that set are extremely rare. It was the strike year, a small print run. Although it was broken pretty heavily. There aren't many hobby boxes left and those that are FS generally run in the 100$ range despite having no real RC. There is still quite a bit of retail left as well, but the prices are too high for most to consider breaking (those run ~60$ as well, but the rates for all GU/Auto are less than half, but you still have a chance at hitting the big stuff).

That particular subset has 12 different cards:
    Autographed Dual Game Jerseys:
    GJA-HO/HS (Hossa/Hossa) - I have seen. Seller wanted 125$ - didn't sell
    GJA-IL/PB (Bure/Kovalchuk)
    GJA-JR/JL (Roenick/Leclair)
    GJA-JS/AY (Yashin/Spezza) - I have seen. Sold for 60$
    GJA-MB/PR (Roy/Brodeur)
    GJA-PB/MN (Bure/Naslund)
    GJA-PR/DA (Roy/Aebischer)
    GJA-PR/RL (Roy/Luongo)
    GJA-WG/GH (Gretzky/Mr. Hockey - Howe) - I have seen. Seller wanted 1k. Didn't sell. I've uploaded the photo
    GJA-WG/RN (Gretzky/Nash)

    GJA-MT/JG (Turco/Giguere) - I own http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff284/reoddai/Personal%20Collection/Master%20Sets/2004-05/0405UpperDeck_DualAutographedJersey.jpg
    GJA-MP/MP (Perrish/Peca) - I own http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/f...DualUDGame.jpg

These cards from this subset just don't come around all that often. I haven't herd about it not existing. I haven't seen more than half, but I think that's more because these were squirrelled away into PCs, not because they weren't produced. So, your card SHOULD exist... whether you can find it is another story!

    Hope this helps.
    Cheers,
