I had a card PSA graded 8, and want to get it regraded by BCG
Its a 95 ichiro, and the store that sent it in for me said it should be a 10, or 9 at the worst. They think its a matter of limiting the population of it by PSA and recommended getting it regraded

How can I crack open the PSA case safely?
