Mailing graded cards
What do you do as far as mailing these cards enclosed in grading cases?
I'd guess that using a bubble mailer goes without saying, but any tips beyond that?

The thing with mailing these is while the cards will be protected there's the potential for the cases them selves to be cracked or chipped, The safest way to ship them would probable be in a small box surrounded by newspaper or Bubble wrap. Sending them in a Bubble mailer I've seen some mailed with extra Bubble wrap around the card, if your mailing more than one I would suggest putting something in between them like a small piece of cardboard so the cases don't scratch each other besides that i don't think there's much ells you can do

With the small handful of graded/slabbed cards I've received in the mail, people tend to pack them in two bubble mailers, one around the card the other around both card & first bubble mailer. You do have to be wary of thickness (that's what she said) if you're in Canada, of course, because if it doesn't go through the little plastic thingie you have to pay the higher shipping charge.
If it's a high-end card and you're shipping XpressPost, a bubble mailer inside one of their flat-rate bubbles works just as well.
