Upper Deck Redemptions
How long should I give Upper Deck before I start calling on a redemption? It has been 10 weeks since I sent in my card.

It has took up to six months or longer for me before. You can check online and see what the status is on your card.

No, I haven't tried to contact them. I just keep looking online and it says 'Athlete committed to signing soon, please be patient.'

call a customer service rep and tell them you had committed the card for a trade and the other person is getting really annoyed at having to wait so long ,maybe that might speed up the process a little take care spuds
