Paypal Question
Has anybody every had there account suspended and then you must prove location by mail?

not by mail but by faxing/uploading some documents PayPal required to verify my identity.
I had to go through this process when I moved from Canada to China 2 years ago.

I have been suspended. Mail proof was only one option. What they really wanted from me was a Credit card or bank account. I hate having that info there, but My account was locked at a weird time and I needed it opened fast.
GL with your Paypal issue. They can either be really great, or extremely annoying.

There are mailing me a letter by mail with a confirmation code but I have some paypal from trades out there that I would like to get so iam in a bit of a jam

I know they valdated me first via my phone number, Then later I went for address verifed and was done via the credit card I beleive.
