I am another who doesn't like the Honorable Numbers design. I do however love the Signature Patches, something about the simple yet sharp look and nice clean autos. Patch selection has also been phenominal. I like them so much I think I might have to grab a couple of my favorite players, the last time UD has created an insert set I really liked this much was 07/08 The Cup.

I still have zero faith in UD wax (it's been well over a year and counting since I've busted any UD box, no signs of that changing any time soon) but when they make nice cards I give them credit where due. This release may not produce the value from a box breaker standpoint but for people who buy singles there are some really gorgeous cards coming out of it.

of the last few 'enshrinements' i've seen, the 25'50's stamps have been unclean and smudged.

i don't understand how on a product like this simple deficiencies are tolerated.

and still just devastated that luongo doesn't sign for UD... i'd kill for a nice canucks limited logos.

OUCH for a hit out of 15!

    http://cgi.ebay.com/2009-10-CUP-Drayson-Bowman-DUAL-patch-AUTO-15-/150500934639?pt=US_Hockey_Trading_Cards&hash=item2 30a8e03ef

You know the dude is a scrub when he has such a pretty autograph for a rookie.

He's probably like "Holy crap, I made it in the Cup and signed more autos today than I will the rest of my trading card career!"

    LMAO!!! Very funny post Barrie!

As for the Honorable Numbers they definitely need foil to highlight the numbers especially with plain white patches!

Not that it devalues the card, but I can tell by the letters its from a pre-season jersey. They're still NHL used, but tend to be les expensive from the Joe. I wondered where the stars jerseys always went.....
