Its an interesting program that is designed with the idea to have high school kids look past the barriers they have grew up with. These may include assumptions about somebody and their skin color, their area in which they may have grew up in and any other sterotype that may have been placed.
Basically their teaching kids how to view people in ways you only realize when you grow up.
