LOL!
Wow what a game for Halladay. The guy is a freak. He literally has ice in his veins I think. It was pretty fun to watch the Doc operate tonight I'd say.

Great game by Doc. The dude is just stone cold nasty. Darn near had a heart attack on that little dribbler that Ruiz calmy gathered up and fired to first. Imaging losing a no hitter like that! Can't wait for Oswalt to shut down the Reds Friday night! GO PHILS!

Congrats to Halladay! By far my favorite pitcher in the league. True class act, amazing pitcher. No one deserved to be in the playoffs more than him. The funniest thing is that he said this in an interview yesterday:
"I'm going to give up hits at times. That's part of who I am," Halladay added. "I think if I can control that to a certain extent and control the damage of it, I think that is a big factor. So yeah, I'm going to continue to be aggressive, continue to challenge guys, but I'm going to try to do it on my pitches, get quick outs, get outs on quality pitches, and I think that's the biggest the biggest difference."

Just gonna say the same stuff... historic game and amazing workhorse of a pitcher. Cliff Lee who? Not to knock him, he had a good outing too, but doesn't compete with Doc's No Hitter. It's so refreshing to see Philly players like Halladay and Ruiz not choke when it matters the most like some other former Philly players who will not be mentioned. Doc sure makes it hard for the other Roy tomorrow but then again a No Hitter doesn't happen all that often anyhow. Being a Phils fan, I know I should go for the kill, but I still would like to see Votto get a hit. Rolen, not so much.
