Kings youngest team in the NHL...

With two 19-year-olds making the roster the Kings are now the youngest team in the NHL.

Not sure if this is good or bad news for the current season, but it's great news for the future.

The average age is 25.4 years (based on opening night's roster)

It's great news if the young players pan out, or the Kings can parlay them into the necessary pieces down the road. Big ifs, but I would rather be in the Kings' position than most others.

I know - half of them could not even gamble in Las Vegas when they were there for Frozen Fury - I had to go to the Casino Arcade to get autos.....

    Just saying.....

Cannot believe the things I had been reading from some. A question was asked on Facebook's NHL.com page, 'Will the Kings finish on top in the West this season'.

90+% of everyone's answers was a solid no. I find that strange.
