    what happens to fan mail sent to mlb teams during the playoffs?

    do players take the mail with them after the playoffs? or throw them out?

    most probably chuck it- some of the better signers will keep it, and there are a few guys who do all their fan mail in the off season. generally though, its gonna get RTSed without being opened, or just thrown away
