need help figuring this print run, links included

hello everyone, i am updating my darren helm checklist. i saw on the itg site that there are different versions of each card, but in the link under each category there is two different possible versions, and i have no idea in which category helm falls.

helm has a jersey emblem and numbers card in this set along with the base card

base card is number 14
jersey is GUJ14
emblem is GUE14
nmber is GUN14

can anyone tell me how many parallels and numbered to what he has from this set?

There are silver and gold versions for each of those cards.

Jersey Silver /100
Jersey Gold /20
Emblem Silver /20
Emblem Gold /10
Number Silver /20
Number Gold /10

They are near impossible to find. I only have a jersey gold and an emblem silver.
