I'm not sure why this Leafs player 138 Luca Caputi gets a base card while Nikolai Kulemin doesn't?

Only so many spots per team, so not everybody's favourite player gets a card. Plus, Caputi's a sophomore and this is his first card as a Maple Leafs player - sophomores tend to get cards in sets even when it doesn't, on the surface, appear to make a lot of sense.

Awesome stuff visually and I love the checklist depth, this is truly a hockey collectors set. There is real thought put into the combos and the subsets. It's not like UD when you ™™™? What is that combo of players? It makes no sense. You can tell hockey people with hockey knowledge did this product.

Bad stuff? Yup, a crap ton of parallels, a little bit too much with all the fabric and auto versions as well.

I think 4 or 5 levels with the materials and autos all incorporated into one would suffice. Do like red, blue, gold, emerald, black with the varying serial numbers. Or even 8-10, with the plain mirror versions and then the ones with memorabilia and auto. But breaking it down into 4 or 5 types with 4 or 5 levels each like mirror, jersey, patch, auto, patch auto is way too much.

That said, I am SO excited to not only see something new but see license hockey products coming designed and made by hockey collectors for hockey collectors, like ITG does without the licensing of course.

The right people at the top make the right products when it gets to us.

Thanks Al, here's hoping you make the hobby a little more enjoyable again it's been a brutal last 3 years of the exclusive since UD took a nosedive.

kinda like the downloadable checklist, can look up all my Ovechkin's that way, kinda confused with all the parallels and jersey parallels and what not. I'm sure it'll be a learning curve for all of us though.

i like the checklist a lot cause they're incorporating new players, i love that Lindros is in the set. despite there being no callahan for me lol, the checklist still looks very nice. i don't get one of the junior legacy combos though, and that is carcillo and stamkos...i don't see the resemblance between them but maybe i'm missing something
