Should I Do This Trade?
I Give:
Daniel Sedin
Tim Thomas
I Get:
Ryan Miller
Magnus Paajarvi
Thomas has been playing great lately and may be the starter and Sedin is always gonna put up points. But, Ryan Miller is younger so IDK.
Little help please..

Definately do the trade. 2 good players for your collection.

I wouldn't.
Daniel Sedin=AMAZING player that has the capability of putting up 100+ points this season.
Tim Thomas is another hot goalie that has been putting together wins. I would say no, unless Rask starts in goal in the next few games, and does amazingly well.

I would make the trade. Daniel's going to have a great season, but Thomas ... not so much.

Im assuming this is a hockey pool trade? lol
If so NO. I wouldn't trade D Sedin period and Thomas's value is pretty high now too because hes playing really well.

Pretty sure this is fantasy hockey...
It depends on the scoring system really. If we're going by wins are only 1 point, then I wouldn't do the trade. While Thomas may not be as good as Miller, and may not get as much playing time, Sedin is much better than MPS. Keep the best player.

No, not at all.. not even depending on stats.. Daniel Sedin will have a monster year.. Tim Thomas could take over the starting gig in Boston (Looked great against Washington tonight).. Even if he doesnt take the starting gig I still say he plays 25-30 games.. Miller will have a solid year, nothing like last year since Buffalos Defense did not do anything to get better over the summer (it actually looks worse). If the trade involved Miller and a "good" forward (consider taking someone along the lines of Kopitar or someone of that value)

if it's a keeper league then you have to think about it based on your needs. otherwise, i would pass.

Even in a keeper league I'd pass. MPS isn't going to be pointing up 90-100 point seasons in the next 5 years while Daniel has the potential to do that each of the next 5 years. Thomas is a well I'll let the stats speak for themself:
2008-09NHL - Vezina Trophy (Goaltender of the Year)2008-09NHL - First All-Star Team2008-09NHL - William M. Jennings Trophy (Lowest goals-against)2008-09NHL - Roger Crozier Saving Grace Award (Best save percentage)2008-09Played in NHL All-Star
2008-09BostonNHL5436117325911416942.10.93356
He is also 3-0 this year with as you know sparkling stats in all categories. Sedin has 6 goals and 9 points in 6 games while MPS isn't close to that.
I be upset though if I was the other person involved in this trade and it didn't happen because you had to ask advice and not figure out if it is a good deal on your own.

Yeah I declined the trade. Thanks for the help guys, I got a little blinded at first because I was like RYAN MILLER!! But after straightening my head out it seemed logical to decline.
