Ever have problems with usps shipping?

I'm getting into trading a lot here lately and purchasing some as well. Twice in the last two weeks I get letters from the post office that the cards that were sent to me did not have enough postage, .34 and .37 short. I have to got pay to get them. Wouldn't you think that the senders post office would catch that? I did check and the address is correct and everything is accurate. It's not a big deal, both traders made it right, just wondering if anyone else has had this happen.
