    Question Riemsdyk FW auto????

    Hey guys

    So I was looking through ebay for a James Van Riemsdyk FW auto rookie, and came across a good deal.

    Question is...is this a fake? I dunno if it would be possible to make a fake autographed card, but if you look closely, you will notice little differences, that the other Riemsdyk FW autos dont have. If you look at Riemsdyk's left sleeve, you will notice 2 little lines right next to his elbow. You will also you see, if you look really closely, that the brown/black brush marks are fainter than the other Reimsdyk FW autos.

    If you look at this card, the brush marks or the "clouds" are darker than the one in the first link.

    Also, the Riemsdyk FW auto in the first link is extremely cheaper than other Riemsdyk FW autos that sell on ebay. $15!!?? At first I was thinking: this is an amazing deal! But as I looked closer at the card, it just seems to good to be true. BUT the seller DOES have very VERY good feedback. I am perplexed!

    Thanks guys :) I dunno, I still think something is wrong with the first one. Even when I zoom in on the other Riemsdyk FW autos, I dont see any of those 2 lines next to his elbow. Maybe Im just making imagining things in my head. lol

    the last 3 sold, 19, 15 and 25..the 25$ was a bin...

    so its a regular price i would say..

    the card is authentic..for sure..

    and the shipping is 21$...

    If the shipping is $21 to Canada definitely DON'T buy it. I sold mine on ebay auction for $18 US shipped.

    it's not fake. I hope not anyways cause my JVR FW auto looks like that too? I had two of them and yeah I saw that difference too. I think JVR was just getting sick of signing 999 copies of his card and started getting lazy at the end. lol

    check my traded/sold bucket and my spa fw auto bucket and you'll see the 2 cards with the different sigs.

    btw JVR has no hobby love for being 2nd overall in the draft.

    Sure seems like it. I think part of the reason though is because people gave up once Lee decided to collect him
