Based on the driver roster given, I would say these are from the mid '90s. If you can post a picture of the Musgrave one, I could tell you the exact year.

It looks to be 1995 - the entire rookie class of that season is represented. Included in that roster were one off attemptees Davy Jones and Steve Kinser.
