    A new record for me!

Just got an 8x10 back from PGA golfer Charles Howell III that obliterated my record for longest wait for a return.

    Date Sent: 8/29/07
    Received: 10/29/10

    Total wait time: 1157 days!

    Just had to share. :)

I started 'TTMing' last October. I had my longest return this week; Brian Urlacher at 351 days UNSIGNED. Ugh. Strangely enough, he also included 2 extra cards (a Upper Deck Victory from 2000? and a 2009 Score with "sample" embossed on the back) also unsigned. I take it they liked my letter enough to send something back, just not an autograph.

LOL! Congrats on the return! What postage stamp was on it? Did he add extra postage?

He must have been busy pounding balls on the driving range.

One thing that I've learned since starting to do TTM. Never right off a request. The longest wait for me is around 550 days

that's perhaps the worst thing I've ever heard. Makes you wait that long and then sends something but not an auto. So pretty much finding extra cards lying around his house, packaging them and sending it was less work than a 2 second signature?
