Paypal Seller Protection QUestion

First off, I know this isn't exactly the right forum to post this, but being that this is one of the most active international sections of SCF, I figured I'd get an answer fast, which I need.

As long as I've traded, bought and sold cards, I've always tried to keep anything of value within the US, so I didn't have to worry about chargebacks. However, I need to ship something of value outside of the US(to canada, Europe or China) and I need to be seller protected from paypal. I don't want the guy to just do a chargeback and despite the fact that I have tracking, it's not exactly what paypal needs.

From looking at paypal's site, it looks like USPS Express mail would work, but I'm not 100% on it. A little help from all of you who ship internationally would be great. Thanks
