Congrats to the young guy for making the team as an 18-year old. They say that D is the toughest position to mature into at a young age, and only a few are physically and mentally ready as 18-year olds to handle the rigours of the NHL.

Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

    Good on him.

I can't believe he fell as far as he did in the draft (12th).

Surprised where he went in the draft? Yes.

Surprised he's sticking with the Flucks? No sir.

His name is almost perfect for Anaheim as well, what a great marketing angle.

    Good for him.

I hope he doesn't fall into the trap that his now-teammate, Luca Sbisa fell to during his first season with the Flyers. I know he's a sounder D-man than Luca, but I prefer to see young D-men progress a little more. Saying that, am pleased for him!
