Certified special effects ?
Does anyone have any info about panini certified special effects cards. I've found 2 on the internet, 1 Ovechkin and 1 Crosby. Does anyone have any info on these cards. Could not find them on the checklist. Thanks

alright, any thoughts on what it might be ? I find it a bit odd that the only 2 special effects cards I've seen are both in Manitoba as the Ovechkin is also listed by a different seller.

Looks like something two friends made in their basement. It doesn't have the Certified logo on the front of it, and that's on every single card in the set. Even the promo cards from the National down in the States had the logo on the front.

alright sounds good, I've sent questions to both sellers to see if they'll give any more info. Not going to pay twenty dollars for something that I'm not to sure what it is. Thanks for your input

You know what it is?
It's the sticker set.
I just noticed that they've got a regular Carey listed and it looks exactly like the Gorges sticker from the Panini set that someone else had listed a week ago.

just an update, no response from either of the sellers. Stickers would make sense, I didn't realize the new sticker set was out. Have to track down how many Ovechkin stickers there is then. Thanks for all the help.
