Check These Out!!
Ok guys, I wanted to showoff these paintings my teacher from high school has done. he is a real big hockey guy and professional artist. The main is "The Canadian Game" , I cant recall how big the actual painting is . but somewhere in the range of 4 feet by 8 feet. he sells much smaller prints on his website. you can see a bunch of his other hockey painting there in detail too. read the amazing amount of statistically backed hockey knowledge that went into this painting. It is absolutely unreal. I think he has since sold the original (not sure how much). but i may have to ask for a print for christmas. here is a link to the painting im referring to , then you can check out his other hockey paintings. Oh yeah, his name is John Manic , from Guelph, Ontario .... all paint.. no photoshop.. awesome skills!

thats excellent i'm a painter myself and i can only imagine the time he put into it. confused though- we cant just buy the hockey print? you have to buy the zebra refs one and then you get the other one for free?

Yes unfortunately you have to buy the Zebra Head Print to get 'The Canadian Game' , Im sure if you were interested in something else, he might do something for you, he is a very down to earth and humorous person. I would send him an email. Thanks for looking

oh yeah. an about how much time it took him for the painting..
"The painting was started in 1991 and finished in 2001, a total of 4,000 hours of painting time put in."
