    No, trust me, decoys IMO are not the way to go, I tried those and they kind of stuck out of the SASE and the cards were always damaged, I use what rockies fan recommends, office depot water color paper, 140 pound. also print on a digital glossy paper if you can get that, and then glue the card onto the water color paper. hope that helps

    I have never had a problem with damage when I send out a custom.

    I've had problems when making a custom on a decoy and then sending 'TTM'. Generally speaking, I've had the decoys begin to separate, or get creased by being ran through a mail machine. I typically make my customs on Serif PhotoPlus, print out onto Epson bright white presentation paper and then run the cards through the Xyron 250 Sticker machine. I use a Topps Magic card that I "primer" with silver sharpie (color over it) to hide the card underneath. Then I apply the "stickers" to each side of the cardboard and trim the edges with my xacto knife. I've been pleased with my results....
