Q about MJ Game Floor auto and MJ autographics?

Is this card suppose to be /8 version from Ultimate Collection Buyback? I mean I only know that there is /8 version. I can't find 1/1 version on Beckett website.
With my bare eyes, this card looks the same as /8 version. (besides the hand numbering) Are there any difference?

Also, another question. Do MJ autographics cards use sticker auto?
I think autographics from 07-08 Fleer Ultra is on-card but what about MJ autographics in 2006-2007. Never saw one in person so I'm unsure. Thank you. If it is sticker that's too bad because I originally thought MJ autographics will match well with other autographics of Bulls players from 95-98.
