    Kadri Hobby Love?

So I was browsing through some sales threads on a few internet hobby sites and came across one thread where a Certified Kadri Red Mirror auto was going for $12 - (/250)! Bargain I thought! Just to make sure I checked Ebay past sales and "WOW!", most of the recent sales of Kadri autos - Artifacts, Panini (and maybe Score?) sold for between $10 and $20.

Did I miss something here? I thought he was supposed to be the Leafs saviour! I thought his cards would be getting Subban-like money (between $30 and $40). Did I miss something like him getting traded to Nashville or Phoenix?

I've seen this kid play a few games (albeit exhibition or WJC - not real NHL) and he has the skills - good hands, can score, hit etc.

Where's his hobby love? Time to stock up? Or is it just the product (so far)?

Its because he started the year with the Marlies, he had 14 pts in 14 games and was called up to the Leafs this morning. I'd expect to see the prices jump up a bit now, even more if he can put up a few points.

Oh and I was looking at some of his certified RC autos and they just looked butt ugly lol. Kinda like he just scribbled on the card a little bit. I dunno if that would effect sale prices but some of his autos seem to have more effort then others.

I think that Painini made thos signature areas wa-a-a-ay too big! I'm sure a lot of players tried to overcompensate with a larger signature.

Parkhurst 2006-07 did it right - perfect proportion, soft white fadeout, more picture than writing space. Also, most of the older players tend to sign their names with more care. Penmanship is a dying art - myself included I must admit!!

Even though it's Victory...I'm clingin' to my Kadri rookie no matter what! Though it's a cheap brand, the rookies are short printed, thank God. Hoping he does well for the Leafs!

I have his Freshman Sig /899 and Mirror Red /250 already. Definitely should go up in value. I mean Kadri should have better hobby value once he performs at the NHL level.
