    20 year old Gum stains??

when you open old packs that are 20 years old or so, and there happens to be a good card on the bottom of the stack but it has a very disturbing substance/texture that goes across the card b/c of the old gum. is there a way to get that off without hurting the card? thank you

Are you talking about the front or the back? The back, I have no idea if you can get it off but if the gum stain is on the front, use a very soft cloth and rub lightly.....the best thing to use, I have found, is a piece of nylon (like pantyhose material). Rub lightly in a circular motion, comes right off with no damage to the card.

    Peace~

The gum usually will "bleed" into the card especially on the back. If it is on the front it might only leave the residue which can be carefully wiped off. Wax stains are much easier to get off with pantyhose.
