    Panini question

Today I bought a box of 09-10 Classics.

1/3 of the cards (all base, luckily) have smashed corners, even though the box was in perfect shape. I plan on sending them back to Panini and complaining. Any tips for doing this? Should I expect replacements for each individual card? Should I expect them to go above and beyond? I can't believe how bad these cards were.

the box was alright, i guess you can send it back with wrappers and such. but its just base cards, unless you are after the set or you can sell them individually, then i guess the hits is what matters, no?
but hey if you send it in, they will deff replace it nicely for you, so why not give it a shot and you may end up with something nicer.
but thats just personal opinion bc i usually thrown or burn base. :P

yeah either way you don't send out a product like that. it's ridiculous. I don't care about base either but it shouldn't happen and hopefully do replace it with something decent.
