Need your opinion Ebay Problem....
We just received a Peter Budaj Rookie Jersey that we won on ebay, it was shipped in a plain white envelope and came with creases all around the jersey swatch. We contacted the seller asking for a replacement or refund, the seller refunded us, but also sent a nasty comment to us saying we are out to scam him that he has never had a complaint about a card being damaged in a plain white envelope. Now here's our dilemma do we leave neutral or negative feedback......I'm leaning more towards the negative feedback due to the rude comment being sent to us. Please let me know what you would do.

does he still have to leave you feedback or have they already left it? If not, I'd just walk away cause this person can potentially leave you negative feedback for no reason other than revenge. If they already have, leave a positive saying item received in pwe, item damaged but seller refunded upon request and hope the next buyer reads feedback before they purchase

I don't think you can get a negative as a buyer anymore can you?
I'd probably leave a neutral just because he did refund you rude comment aside.
