    My man Reggie......

Two 1977 Pepsi-Cola Reggie Jackson discs still attached to the complete glove/shirt-advertisement came in the mail today.

I love Reggie, and these are a neat, cheap addition to my Yankees collection. Note they are two different colors so they are different, as i dont duplicate anything in my collection, i never buy more than 1 of a card. The only time i have duplicates is from opening packs. I never did understand the reasoning behind buying more than one of a card unless its an investment or for trading later, neither of which i do much (or at all).

Its nice after buying expensive cards to be able to get two like this that make me happy and total cost me $5.99.

Very nice, cool odd ball items. Why don't you like to trade? My collection is 150 million times better because I trade. :)

Its not that i dont like to trade, i have very very little available to trade, and what i have doesnt have much value. I am very carefull what i buy, i only buy individual cards that are for my collection, so the only duplicates or cards that i dont want come thru opening packs.

Oh ok, but when you say you open packs, are those packs from a hobby shop or just the occasional blaster box from a local Wal Mart or something like that?

I pre-order hobby boxes off Ebay, but only regular Topps and Heritage. Then i never seem to get anything worth anything in the packs, but thats fine with me, as i am into base cards more than most people. Also an occasional blaster box.

Reminds me of my box breaks on eBay...never turn out good. Can't say for sure, but it's almost as though a seller puts a box up after they've got the case hit out of a case, and then try selling the rest of the boxes knowing they already got the big pull.
