    quick ebay question

i sold an item and the buyer couldn't pay for it. then i put it up for second chance offer and another seller bought it. i looked at my account and it wants me to pay seller fees for the auction plus the second chance offer. do i have to pay for both of them or just the second chance offer? if just the second chance offer how do i remove the auction fee? please lmk asap. thanks in advance!

you have to file a claim on the original transaction to get fees back. It's been a while since I've done it, but you should be able to find it within your seller page. There's an option to select that let's both you and the buyer back out of the deal and terminate it from the ebay system as far as fees and feedback goes. I think it's in the same area as filing a non paying bidder claim.
