    Official 2010-11 Hornets thread

i know im not the only one thats surprised by their sick start, best in franchise history... hopefully they can keep it up & make a run for & in the playoffs

theyve made some sweet additions in the offseason, my favorite so far is without question Jason Smith, hes a hustler & can consistently hit a 17 foot jump shot... hes made a bunch of big buckets to keep the lead (especially against the heat) & quite a few key hustle plays

sucks that theyre not playing Marcus Thornton cuz he can definitley score some points off the bench but i guess hes too much of a ball hog & coach williams thinks hes gonna disrupt the chemistry... which i cant really argue with much cuz theyre winning

i look forward to the newest additions, mainly jarrett jack (im so glad they got rid of jerryd bayless, only thing he could do was drive... & only to his right)... ive always liked his game, should be a great back up to Paul

im so glad i sprung for the nba package cuz i love watching them play

Just saw an article that's reminiscent of the Hornets' days in Charlotte. They're off to an unbelievable start, so George Shinn's next move? TRADE!

I guess I understand financial reasons like salary cap penalties, but surely that winning streak has generated extra revenue down there. Maybe not.

ugh tell me about it... i stayed up to watch it too

Paul was a lil off his game last night for sure, missed a few lay ups, one especially that sparked the clippers' offense

Yea Lets Go Hornets!!!! I think they are looking pretty strong but my one concern is the backup center position. I think there is atleast one more trade this season for a backup big. Probably gonna trade a combination of Banks/Thornton/Anderson for a player. Its killing me to not watch Thornton every night cuz he is one of my favorite hornets but I guess as long as we are winning its ok. Also my favorite trade so far is the Jason Smith trade also. Hopefully they can keep it up!!!!!
