    Difference between Glossy and Base?

    Hi all,

Anybody know what the difference is between the Glossy cards and the Base cards? I'm scratching my head on this one, unless I've been given the base in error...

    Thanks.

It took me ages until some kind soul told me they're the last card in the pack...but try telling the difference otherwise!!

Uh... the glossy one is... glossy. lol But seriously the normal base feels kinda like OPC and the glossy feels like Series 1.

yep. its hard to tell, just have to look closely and remember what the last card in the pack was. the texture of base and glossy are the only difference between them

it is kinda hard to tell...

the glossy has slightly more vibrant color, and it's slick on the front

the base is just regular, no reflection, and not slick on the front

a full glossy set would bring nice money

didn't know that! i busted a box over the weekend. which by the way took forever!!! 36 packs of cards is a lot.

i was opening these under a lamp, which helped me tell glossy/base
