ITG Customer Servince Question (shorted a hit)
Hey guys,
I don't open too much hockey but i recently opened two boxes of 09-10 ITG BTP. The first box was okay (check box break section) but I just opened another box and was shorted and autograph. I hear ITG is pretty good about stopping this from happening but I guess i was the lucky one to have this problem. I just emailed ITG's customer servince.
What should I expect, if anything???

You'll get nothing. The odds stated by ITG are just that, odds. There are no guarantees.

i agree.
You will sometimes get a bonus auto, sometimes get the average amount of autos, or will sometimes, unfortunately be short an auto. There are no guarentees how many autos you will get.

Maybe check if there's one stuck behind a base card, it happens often

ya, i noticed they get stuck to the backs of some cards but i checked them all.....i noticed i got an extra masked men insert card in the box and i'm thinking that's what replaced my auto :/

Got a reply from ITG already and they will do nothing for me......oh well :/
