how do i contact panini?

i busted a box of panini a couple of weeks ago and was quite excited to pull a red mirror /250 kovalchuck, until i noticed the foil on the front of the card was curling. i tried pming the panini rep here at scf but never got a response. was wondering what the customer service number was, and what the website address is. here is what the card looks like the damage is at the bottom middle of the card.
