    Dacardworld Black Friday

Well, the product I was waiting for (2010 National Chicle) finally went on sale and I bought three boxes on dacardworld.com. It was part of their Black Friday sale which really kicked ™™™ this year. Who else bought stuff on the last day? And how long do you think it will be until I get my boxes in the mail for standard shipping? Really only two days?

I thought they did a really great job on Black Friday
The site only went down a couple times for me, and the set up of the site was very easy to see what they had and what was left.
I myself bought a box, and depending on where in the U.S. you live it can be there in 2 days.

They really did a great job. Way better than Blowout. I bought a case from DA to resell since I don't have much money this year. Will make $150-$200 off of it which will be great for some extra Christmas presents.

I agree, they had much better deals than Blowout. I wanted to try and get Blowout deals more than anything else but really the savings was so small and the really good deals the quantities were small.

DA had a huge inventory and I really like how they were setting up a special deal per hour instead of having everything listed in one lump sum. It was nice to look say, ok not for me, go do something else and check back in an hour. I was surprised that DA had such huge deals especially on huge highend items like Exquisite football cases and ITG Ultimate hockey boxes. I spent wayyy more than I was intending on between them and atlsportscards.com. Actually didn't buy anything from Blowout

    Final damage:
    atlanta sportscards
2004 Fleer Platinum football Rack Pack box - 4 rookie jersey cards, one autograph jersey card (possibly Eli Manning, Philip Rivers, Roethlisberger, Steven Jackson) $35

2003/04 Pacific Exhibit hockey 5 boxes!! Each box has a combo memorabilia card that has a HOF autograph and a superstar jersey card that will easily make money back or be big trade bait $15 each

    dacardworld

2009 Razor Ink Vault 5 boxes 3 celebrity autographs and a random non-sports box inside that could include either more autographs, costume cards or sketches $34 each

2008/09 ITG Ultimate 8th Edition hockey box One of the bigger high end hockey products. This one I haven't decided if I will resale it for a nice profit or break it and see what I can get out of it $290

2007 SP Rookie Edition baseball 3 boxes Two autographs per box plus rookies of Tim Lincecum and Dice-K $15 each

2008 Upper Deck Icons retail football box Like the cards and the inserts, could resist getting a 24 pack box for $6

    free with the orders:
2009/10 Upper Deck hockey series 2 12 pack blaster box
2008 Upper Deck Icons football retail 16 packs

16 boxes, one blaster and 16 packs to possibly bust open in a week or so :) Happy Thanksgiving!!

I didn't know atlsportscards was having a sale. Oh well. DA did a great job with the sale in my opinion as well, just because the range suited several different collectors' preferences and really knocked down some boxes to some good prices. It was a lot of fun to see. Hey, let me know how you do on the 2007 SP Rookie, I asked for a box of it for Christmas.

The Chicle was the very last sale of the weekend. I don't think it was up for more than 20-30 minutes because a) it was the last sale and b) there weren't many 2010 baseball boxes overall. I waited all weekend for it and I hit it. By the way, it was a 24-pack box, not the Hobby Box, so I think it will be without the box topper and 1 auto card. It'll come with 1 memorabilia and 1 auto. Which boxes did you buy?

Oh, and the Chicle went for $25.49 I think. $25.something for sure. I also bought a box of 2009 UD Series 2 24-pack just because $10.00 was an irresistible price on a box. I don't think it's a great product though.
