Thoughts on current front-runners for ROY and MVP
What's up everyone? Just interested how everyone feels about the races for ROY and MVP as now in the season. We all know ROY is going to be Wall or Griffin. I, personally think Griffin is going to pull away. It looks like he is becoming more consistent and the dude is a walking highlight real to boot. Wall, although still putting up some good numbers still, has lost some PT ever since Arenas came back. The MVP race leaves us a bit more room for debate. I think the best looking player in the league has to be Westbrook or Rose. Because Rose is without a doubt more "valuable" to his team though i would have to give him the edge. Any thoughts?

I would for sure say Griffin is front-runner for ROY
As for MVP, you're right, its REALLY a toss-up. I agree that D Rose is most valuable to his team, but since Boozer has been injured I don't feel comfortable giving it to him, because Boozer will soon be a big help for him.
I'd give it to Dwight right now. He's just so important to the team and everything is based around him: the offense goes through him, he's the heart of their defense. He's averaging 21.5, 12, 2 blocks and 1 steal so the stats are there. I don't see anyone else more valuable to their team--a good team at least--as he is on BOTH sides of the floor.

Griffin for ROY is a foregone conclusion in my opinion.
As for MVP I would love to see Russell Westbrook get it, when Durant has been out Westbrook has practically taken over games and won them for OKC just look at the game in Boston. However I could easily see big Dwight or Derrick Rose taking the trophy.

ROY to Griffin! Has shown to be pretty consistent with scoring and rebounds. Wall is second to him because of the missed games this year.
MVP is tough but I have to go with Dwight Howard as my front-runner with what he does on offense and defense. Rose is second because what he has done for Chicago without Boozer so far.

Griffin's name is already engraved on the ROY trophy.
For MVP I vote for Dwight Howard. Orlando is 2nd in the East and he's averaging 21 points and 12 boards per game.

Barring injury, Blake Griffin already has ROY wrapped up. As far as MVP, I'd love to see Russell Westbrook win it, but I doubt the voters would give him a shot at it.
