How 'bout them Heels?
Finally. A legitimate win against No. 10 Kentucky this afternoon. Hopefully this will jump start the season for the Heels after some disappointing losses, especially the blowout against Illinois.
Ty Zeller had 27 points including 11-12 from the stripe. Henson finished the game with a double-double. Kentucky could not stay out of foul trouble. Three UK players had fouled out by the end of the game including big men starters Harrellson and Jones.
UNC leads Kentucky all-time 22-11 in the series.

It was a very exciting game to watch and a good matchup. You mention the fouls, do you think if the game had been played in Rupp would the fouls have been called the same way?

Probably not. Homecourt crowds have a way of skewing referees' vision. The Heels face the same problem when they walk into Cameron. My opinion is that if you're an away team, you can't allow the home team to stay in the game.

if henson can keep being a 10 and 10 and zeller can be a 15 and 10, then we should be fine. its still hard to win when you dont have a great PG though. Drew is just avg to me.
