    what does "bump" mean

    I see a lot of people posting this what the hell does it mean?

    If you post in a thread it will move it up to the top of the list. Therefor "bumping" is a term used when bumping the thread back up to the top by posting in it.

    I had a hard time figuring that out also lol
    Every 8 hours, you are allowed to "bump" up your thread, meaning that you will be able to move up your thread to the top. Some people may also say "ttt" which "means to the top." You bump up your thread, simply so more people will pay attention to it. No one will pay attention to a thread that is 60 threads down, in the buying/selling or the trading forum...
