How many songs do you plan on having on it?

I currently have about 1000 songs in my ipod but dont even listen to the majority of them. The reason i am considering the new Nano is because I work out a lot, and its very small.

I'd go with the nano then. It's great for working out! Tiny and lightweight.

I guess the display is the same as the old ones and when you are active (working out) it might be better, but it just seems like it will be easier to lose OR if you drop it, it will more easily find those out of site locations that make it harder to find. You know, like when you drop something in your car. My son had that (Nano) on his Christmas list, but got a whole lot of other things instead.
