SCF Baseball Traders December 2010 Trading Thread

As of today, I am taking over direction of the baseball trading group. Schwood has been in charge the last couple of months, picking up for K9Rocco, and now the baton has been passed to me.

Basic rules:

1. Each trader will send a minimum of 20 cards. Duplicates do not count toward that 20 card minimum.

2. Trades must be posted, confirmed, & completed by the end of the month. If one partner fails to send during the alloted time, he/she will be given a 30 day grace period to complete the trade. Failure to complete the deal after that will result in being cut from the group.

3. General rules, such as MSF for newer SCF members, apply.

Not everyone is trading this month, and these are the December pairings:

As of now, BBonds25 is the only one in group 5. When I put the January thread together, we'll shuffle the groups a little bit so that we'll have at least two people in each group. The full roster will be up in the January thread, which will be up on 12/31/10.

The basic rules are on the first post. There really isn't much to it. We trade team-for-team. There are other members who are not participating this month, and will return in January. We do have an opening for the Braves, and I'm assuming that's your team? If so, you start in January. Send a PM to confirm.

So basically each other i have a different trade partner and he sends me 20 braves cards and i send him 20 cards from his team..Do they have to be gu/auto can they be base/inserts/rc's? Do you trade by book value? if not how is value on trades determined or is that just worked out between the two who is trading for that said month.. I will join and i will send you a pm to confirm a January start after you answer my few questions just wanna make sure i dont mess anything up haha Thanks for answering my questions in advance

The cards can be a combination of base/autos/gu's depending on what you have on hand. Remember, 20 is the minimum, which means you can send more. Book value doesn't matter, as this is a straight team for team trade. Hope that explains everything.

It's now official. JDK16 will replace Christianscards as our Braves representative beginning in January.
