A fool and his money. Just like the Price Rookie SP's that were selling a couple of years ago well over $1500.00, that person will never see half that value again. Lol
Hockey cards as an investment ceased to be so when OPC stopped making 25 cent gum packs following the 1979-80 issue.

its kind of like the Carey price BAP RC #/99. I had pulled one (i dont do much hockey) and didnt think it was much so i left it in my cup holder in my car without a toploader for a few days, then decided to check ebay, and WOW! i ended up getting $325 for it!
