3) Attila the Hun - named "Scourge of the Gods" by the Romans. Ruled an area equal in size to the Roman empire and, unlike most others, won many battles against the Romans.
2) Hannibal - again, a great Roman opposer. Defeated the Romans in nearly every battle. Innovator of tactics.
1) Napoleon - conquered numerous nations (Italy, Spain, Austria, Prussia, Egypt, a large part of Russia, the Netherlands and others). Created tactics that are still used in modern warfare. It took the combined forces of Russia, Spain, Portugal and Britain to defeat him. To this day his tactics are the subject of study at West Point and VMI.

I'm a Superman fan and Zod trumps them all and never thought of General Tso's Chicken so now that you've brought it up,I'd probably place that at #3.
