How is the surface on the chromes? Gradable?

I am pretty sure they are gradeable. The cards look in mint condition. Just out of curiousity, how would I check the surface on the chromes?

Well if you hold them and just kind of lay them flat and tilt them around in the light you can see surface scratches etc if theyre there. Tough to keep those cards in great shape unless you take them from the pack to a sleeve. Seems like the wind blows and they scratch lol
