I am not a fan of Obama (I voted for Bob Barr), but this is just over-the-top - you realize you are accusing millions of other Hawaiians other than Obama that their birth certificates aren't legal, right? There are millions of people who are born and live in Hawaii, and they are considered as much a part of the United States by the government as anyone else from the 48 contiguous states. If you still believe otherwise, provide a credible source, like a United States government link, that provides irrefutable evidence of your claim.

Ummm no thats not what Im saying. You can go to the state of Hawaii at the age of 60 and request a birth certificate and they will give you one even if born in lets say Kenya or Canada. They are not valid. When you are legally born their you get a legal UNITED STATES BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

I've been checking the federal government's web site to see if there's anything declaring that some Hawaiian birth certificates "are not considered legal in any other state and recognized by the federal gov't," that anyone born in any country outside of the United States can get them without restriction, or that they aren't valid. So far, the search has yielded nothing. This is the federal government's official web site:
http://www.usa.gov/
On the right side bar titled "popular topics," there is a link to 'Vital Documents' where birth certificate information can be found:
http://www.usa.gov/Citizen/Topics/Fa...tal_Docs.shtml
The link to birth certificates is given there as:
http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/w2w.htm
All 50 of the states are listed. Hawaii's link:
http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/w2w/hawaii.htm
Still nothing saying that some of the Hawaiian birth certificates aren't valid, aren't recognized by the federal government, or that anyone from any country can get them at any time.
Again, if you're able to find something on an actual .gov web site that I have missed, then by all means post it, but so far, it looks like Hawaiian birth certificates are considered valid and are recognized by the federal government as much as any other state. Moreover, I see nothing that indicates people who weren't born there can get them in an invalid manner.
We also must consider the federal government itself - they certainly would have the means to look into this if people could obtain illegal, invalid Hawaiian birth certificates with ease.

Just as befitting those on the right as well since there is no real distinction between the two these days

I'm gonna have to disagree here, as usual.......There is a HUGE distinction between the right and the left.

I think you mean Socialism. Big difference. I can be social without being a Socialist.
And we are not afraid of Socialism. It's just that here in America we tend to not drink the Kool-Aid, stare into the bright light and do what the governement tells us to just because they say so. It's that whole crazy American independent-thinking thing. We know you Europeans hate it but we don't really care.
