Annual Holiday Postal Service Rant...
Sent out six packages, with Delivery Confirmation, over the last week. Four of the packages are NOT showing up on USPS.com tracking.
Going to the Post Office later today, with my receipts, and doing some head banging!

I have been fed up with them for years.
My last beef was over their "Express Shipping" that is supposedly guaranteed to be delivered in 24 hours or less. The package was shipped on the 31st and delivered on the 4th. When I inquired about it I was told I had to fill out forms, submit them and wait to hear back about whether or not I would get a refund. What is there to fill out a form for? The package was delivered 4 days after it was shipped (their own website tells me that much) yet I have to wait for them to decide if I get a refund?
