    Very FRUSTRATING

NY Islanders, need I say anymore Ya I know they stink. Their power play sucks right now. THeir defense stinks. Their goal keeper stink, and they can't score. They do have a few players hurt, and are having some bad bounces, and bad luck, but come on. Something has to give.

On the positive side Rob Schremp is playing great. He has play 12 games this season and has 4 goals, and 2 assist. Thats a point every other game. Ya I know he's not a top player, but he is very good.

Don't worry, they will climb above the ranks of Toronto soon enough.

In their last 19 games they are, 1 win, and 18 losses. How pathetic

yeah, thats been the case the past several years. I'm not to sure about their interium coach, maybe he's on the hot seat?, or its a matter of time if they don't get it turned around quickly.

they just have REALLY bad luck this year. i mean Okposo is major part of the team and he's out. Streit IS their powerplay and best dman and he's out. and DiPietro is just starting to get back into form. i'm no fan of the Isles but when they're down their #1 goalie (HA!), best dman, and a major part of the offense what do you expect. the coaching change isn't gonna help things either.

I'm pretty surprised they are struggling this bad since they do have a lot of talented players on their roster.

Look at Pitt, before Fleury (1st overral), Crosby (1st overall), Malkin (2nd overall), and Staal (2nd overall), They sucked. How do you think they got all those picks.

The Islanders are getting beat to the puck, they are spending most of the game in their own end of the ice. They are giving up to many odd man rushes. Just playing sloppy and making to many mistakes.
